The app is designed specifically for professional pipe organ builders and technicians, effectively addressing the unique tuning requirements involved in the construction, tuning, and maintenance of pipe organs.

The Organ Tuner provides two simultaneous displays: a strobe-like Phase Display and a Spectrum Display. The Phase Display consists of black squares that move left or right, which allows users to tune their instrument until the squares remain stationary. In contrast, the Spectrum Display presents a graph illustrating peaks corresponding to every pitch present in the sound, enabling users to tune by aligning a peak with a central red line. The dual-display approach offers a comprehensive view of the tuning process that surpasses traditional spinner or needle-type displays.
